After high school, John attended Bradley University, Musicians Institute of Hollywood and University of Southern California. He Graduated with a bachelors in music from Bradley University.
John Kaizer was a virtuoso Guitarist/Teacher/Musician, a person with a larger than life personality who cared about others more than himself. He touched and impacted everyone that knew him and many other people that he never met but were emotionally moved through his music.
John recorded 8 CD’s over his career with multiple songs ranked on Billboard charts . He gave endless concerts, and music clinics on guitar playing, and songwriting throughout the United States including Arizona and California in the west to Nantucket Massachusetts in the east.
Over the last 30 years his rigorous teaching schedule included 70 plus students on a weekly basis including a young Dierks Bentley who began his studying of guitar with John. His impact as a musician touched hundreds if not thousands of people including those who heard his music when he was on the stage with “Chicago”. Local concerts and private home performances were two of his special venues. He would have multiple other musical family members join him for “special” concerts at venues such as Herberger Theater Center, Celebrity Theater and his favorite the ASU Kerr Cultural Center Scottsdale.
